Large, clean and comfortable place to stay. The use of a washer and dryer was convenient when on an extended holiday. Great place to stay and explore the St John’s area.

This was our first time renting a cottage through VRBO, and also our first time in Newfoundland. Right from the beginning our host Danielle was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the little cottage by the sea from the pictures, and when we got there it didn’t disappoint. The decorations were lovely, the cottage cozy and the beds were comfy. I can see it being a little difficult to get around in if someone has balance or mobility issues as it’s an older building and has uneven floors and a narrow stairway, but we found that this just added to its charm. I liked the little notes that were left all over to clarify things as well, they were very helpful. We stayed for four nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. There are many things to see around the area, or it’s great for just relaxing too. We would definitely come back to stay here again. The view was amazing.

It is an excellent location and the limited service available was friendly and helpful. The rooms don't have a mini fridge and in this hot weather it was definitely missed. We had to purchase ice and use a waste basket. Also, no tissues. Such a small thing but one of those things you don't realize you need till it's gone. Checkout for me was an issue but I would stay here again

A great house in a great central location for exploring. Everything was as advertised and we had everything we needed. Port de Grave is a beautiful little fishing village within walking distance, as is Green Point Lighthouse. We stayed for 4 days and did day trips to Bonavista, around the Irish Loop, and to Cape Fear before an evening in Quidi Vidi and St. John's. This is a great spot if you want to see lots without having to move houses. We visited Mad Rock Cafe in Bay Roberts for lunch one day and toured around Mad Rocks. Mad Rock Cafe is a MUST!Gordon was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The house and location are great! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful B and B on the ocean. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. A delicious breakfast is served each morning. Definitely recommend this BnB

Doors were a little complicated, but the staff were friendly and rooms were clean.
