This five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home in St. Johns County comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across three thoughtfully arranged levels. The layout creates a natural balance between shared gathering spaces and private retreats, all while keeping the water in sight.
Living areas
The main living level opens to sweeping ocean views and a wide oceanfront balcony that stretches along the home. Inside, the open-concept living area offers generous seating and an HDTV with streaming TV - no cable - making it easy to relax after a day on the sand. A separate bonus room includes a desk and serves as a dedicated workspace, with Wifi available throughout the house.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for group meals, with full-size appliances and ample counter space for preparing and serving. A breakfast bar adds casual seating, while two dining tables provide room for everyone to gather together. Barbecue utensils are available for use with the grill, making it simple to enjoy meals at home between beach outings.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels for added privacy. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open directly to the balcony. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom.
The bottom floor includes another bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The king bedroom and the bunk room do not lead out to the back deck. The bunk room includes 2 sets of bunk beds, a small wrap around couch, coffee table, TV, and some misc. games, all within the same room, creating a flexible space for both lounging and sleeping. The full bathroom on this level has a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean, offering convenient access from outside.
Outdoor living
Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck offer places to sit back and take in the coastal setting. From the deck, a private path leads directly to the beach for shoreline walks and time by the water. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - are provided for your stay.

The home includes washer, dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, kitchen, dining table, bathtub, hair dryer, essentials, and self check-in with keypad. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - makes arrivals easy, and a private entrance allows for seamless comings and goings.
