Sleeping arrangements
This 3-bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests with thoughtfully arranged spaces for rest and relaxation. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. In the third bedroom, you’ll find two twin beds and ample closet space, making it a great option for additional guests.

Living space
Inside, the open layout creates an easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Luxury vinyl plank flooring and airy furnishings add to the comfortable atmosphere. Settle into the spacious living room to watch HDTV, enjoy the natural light, or take advantage of the dedicated workspace when needed.

Guests have access to the community pool, available all year, along with the privacy of a gated neighborhood setting. Free parking on premises includes space for two vehicles, and self check-in with a keypad makes arrival smooth and flexible.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
It is a 2nd floor condo with a flight of stairs up to the front door, and does not have a gym.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
