Surrounded by extensive well-maintained gardens, and discreetly built at the end of a dead-end street, Villa Camp Gran is a true oasis of peace in a truly unique location. Tastefully and stylishly furnished by its owner (who runs a well-known art gallery), both the interiors and exteriors of the villa are filled with works of art by famous contemporary artists. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious terraces, the villa can accommodate up to 7 guests.Inside, Villa Camp Gran is distributed over 2 floors. The open-plan living room with kitchen and adjacent dining area has wide patio doors that open onto the pool terrace. There are comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels), a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and the entire area is filled with light. On the ground floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom and patio doors leading to the garden/pool. A few steps lead to the first floor with 2 additional bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a family bathroom. The mezzanine level overlooking the living room also has an additional single bed for the 7th guest (if needed). The property has air conditioning (included in the price between 8 pm – 8 am and 2 pm to 4 pm). The interiors are finely decorated with precious artworks by local artists to provide even more charm to an already incredible villa. An additional shower bathroom is located at the back of the villa, and is accessed from the exterior.In the exterior, this stone villa is designed to impress. Just like in the interiors, the gardens are also filled with works of art, scattered throughout the property. The villa is surrounded by extensive gardens that provide great privacy and isolation. The private pool measures 5m x 10m and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Shaded furnished terraces surround the entire villa, and include a huge barbecue/outdoor kitchen, perfect for outdoor dinners. This will be the ideal place to spend relaxing hours in total peace while enjoying the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere!The tourist tax is included in the rates.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
