On the same floor, there is an additional full bathroom, ideal for the comfort of all guests.The living room and all bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has the air conditioning programmed in all units from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.The ground floor is dedicated to social enjoyment, with a modern and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. This common space is perfect for enjoying pleasant moments with family and friends, while enjoying the views of the outdoors. In the garden, a pool surrounded by nature offers a peaceful place to relax, while the surrounding land, filled with olive trees and other fruit trees, invites relaxing walks.Outside, Vinya Frares also has a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying a summer evening with good company and outdoor dinners.
