This charming villa is ideal for a small family or group of friends, situated just 1.5 kms from Pollenca old town yet still providing an authentic rural setting with spectacular mountain scenery and countryside views. 
Can Piña welcomes guests with a delightful garden brimming with colourful terracotta pots, lush Mediterranean shrubbery and swaying palm trees. A small lawn sits to one side of the pool, while the poolside barbecue and shaded al fresco dining area are perfectly positioned for long, leisurely afternoons spent soaking up the tranquil surroundings.

Inside, the villa reflects the character of a traditional Pollenca home. The open plan living and dining area flow into a well-equipped kitchen, connected by an attractive archway with a small breakfast bar. A pantry and direct access to the outdoor terrace add to the villa’s practicality. In the living space, a stone fireplace (ornamental only) creates an inviting focal point, complemented by comfortable furnishings and thoughtfully placed windows that flood the interiors with natural light.

The two bedrooms are situated along a small passage consisting of a modern shower room, a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool, and a double bedroom with en suite shower room and lovely pool views - a wonderful way to start the day.

A selection of sandy beaches can be reached within a 10 minute drive, while the surrounding area offers an excellent choice of local restaurants, bistros, and tapas bars, making dining out one of the many pleasures of your stay.
