Great grand hotel

Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine.

It was great

We needed to add a night to our stay due to flight changes. I called the night before our first night to make the arrangements. The gentleman I talked to checked us in the next day. He re-arranged rooms so that we could stay in the same room both nights! We ate two nights in the restaurant and enjoyed great food and drinks. The two men that served us were awesome as was the food. The next morning g we had to leave the hotel at 4 am to catch our flight. The hotel arranged a shuttle which was prompt in picking us up at 4 am. We’re really enjoyed our stay, the comfort, the rooms, the food and most of all the staff made our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is located conveniently across from Donlac Square, and in the heart of Old Zageb. We appreciated an early breakfast opening at 630 am. We like to get early start to sightseeing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, and we enjoyed a delicious room service meal.
