Idyllic barely explains our Point Cross Estates experience; Michael (host) remained attentive and in contact from the initial booking until checkout - not overbearing but ensured our experience was perfect.The property is immaculate; clean, well appointed, with stunning sunset views from all west-facing windows, and each room has its own temperature control (nice touch for different heat tolerances). The chef's kitchen is a dream, for those wishing to cook some of their own meals, although we didn't cook much with so many great local restaurants featuring a local fare (lobster, seafood, beer!)Michael provided a listing of area venues featuring local music and ceilidhs (kaylees) The Celtic Music Interpretive Centre in Judique is a short scenic drive from the property, as is Doryman's Pub and it's Sunday afternoon fiddles.This property is an ideal 'home base' from which to explore the Cabot Trail, beaches, crafts and artisans, Aucoin bakery (scones are primo!), and quaint seaside villages. We are already planning a return to Point Cross Estates next year with our family. David & Val

Very nice and very scenic. Beautiful place to stay

What a great place in Cheticamp! The location is convient to Highlands National Park, driving the Cabot Trail, and good local restaurants. We really liked Au Coin bakery, Last Chance Sandwich Shop, and L'Abri. The layout of the house is perfect as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home. Our hosts were quick to reach out and ensure we were informed of all special considerations for access and area interests. The house has plenty of supplies and the plentiful labeled, dimmer switches is appreciated. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return.

Friends and I were in awe with the beauty of this rental home. Clean as can be, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, entertainment sound system, a beautiful outdoor deck, fire place, and lots more. The home was always a comfortable temperature. Very cozy with lots of seating, blankets. The pictures on the listing are nice, but I believe it’s even nicer in person! The host was an excellent communicator as well. I would love to visit again, would definitely recommend this home to anyone in need of a relaxing place to stay. 10/10!

We love the comfortable bed and how cozy and warm the apartment was.Overall everything was very nice. We would certainly use it again if in Cheticamp.
