We stayed at gatwick south. Bedroom was clean and great size. Seperarw bath and shower. My husband noticed 2 dark pubes on the soare toilet roll on the lower holder. He couldn't believe it. He called out to me to confirm. He took a photo, by then one blew away after i picked it up. We rang reception and asked for spare towels to be brought up, to place on the bathroom floor. The towels never came.

The hotel was generally good for the short time I was there. Went to restaurant downstairs by sport bar, no person on the door so waited a while to get seated. Steak was good, hot, had flavour and came in a reasonable time from ordering. Sports bar was busy would of had a couple extra staff on to deal with demand of restaurant as well as bar

My room had not been serviced when I arrived. The bed was as the previous occupant had left it. There were used drinking glasses and a key-card on the beside table. There was a used towel in the bathroom. I was moved to another room but only after I asked for the move. Otherwise I would have been left hanging around in the room whilst someone from housekeeping changed the linen. Poor.
