Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!

The hotel is small and very quiet. The room is excellent - spacious, comfortable, with a great view from the big balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not possible to swim from the tiny hotel beach because of the rocks, but luckily it is possible to walk a little to the left and use another hotel's beach. The location is not convenient. It costs $25 to take taxi to Playa del Carmen. The food always looks great but not always tastes so good, and is pretty expensive.

Pros-The hotel is a small boutique hotel.It has a fantastic setting.The beach is beautiful and you are able to see the sunrise from the beach.the loungers are sufficient.The beach club and rooftop restaurant have a good selection of food.The staff specially Ann at reception were hardworking and friendly.The system of contacting them through WhatsApp works wonderfully and they get the job done immediately.they organised taxis etc and organised a wonderful New Year’s party.The decorations were wonderful for the party.The breakfast Hot cake was divine.The heated outdoor pool on beach and spa were excellent Cons- The access road to the hotel is bumpy with lots of potholes. Apart from the hotels restaurant the only other food option is coco cabanas opposite to the hotel but walking there is a bit tricky specially after rain as you have to avoid potholes.The next option is to go to playa about 20-25 mins away. The service is very slow in all restaurants.order food 1hr before you want to eat!! The lights in the room are very dim and you can hardly see your face for makeup. Rather than supplying multiple plastic water bottles in a day it would have been environmentally better to have fill up water stations on each floor . A clothes drying line in the balcony would have been a great addition to dry the wet swim suits. The organisation of the food service at the New Year’s party was very haphazard several people got the wrong entrees and some got main before entree.

Friendly staff, super clean, very big room however the definition of the ocean view is overrated as you can’t really see the ocean. Food is pretty good but very limited selection and the service is pretty slow. Very small beach with only two umbrellas. The hotel is super isolated so no way to walk anyway except a few hotels nearby. The hotels manager is super nice and very hands on.

We just got back from our trip to Mexico and stay at this beautiful place for six nights! all the pictures online look exactly the same in person. The staff goes above and beyond for their guest.( probably the best staff the way we were taken care of of any hotel we've ever stayed at) they truly want you to have an amazing experience. The rooftop bar/ pool was by far our favorite and if you go, please ask for Raul he's the best waiter we've ever had and will make you smile each time you see him

Absolutely obsessed with this place + special shout out to Ann, Rodrigo, and Julio!!! We went here to celebrate my 30th birthday and my husband's 32nd birthday, and I am SO happy we chose this hotel for a milestone like this. We were previously considering all inclusives, but then thought a boutique hotel away from the nice might be a bit more special – and it was exactly that!! There are SO many things we loved about this place, I'll list my highlights here: - Amazing, friendly, and very willing to help staff + service - The rooftop pool and views are just breathtakingly unreal - That view accompanied with the delicious food + helpful service is truly unmatched! - We were upgraded to a gorgeous premium oceanfront room from the deluxe oceanfront room – and it was SO worth it (we had a bathtub in our balcony) and precious quite views of the ocean from our room, which was unmatched to wake up to - The aroma in the room that we could pick before hand was such a special touch of personalization – we miss it now that we're back! - The reception staff was SO helpful and generous in helping me and my husband plan small surprises (decor, wine, cake, etc.) for each other – it truly made us feel special and well taken care of - Yes, the property is secluded and its a bit of a rough drive to get in & out, but if peace and quite is what you're looking for – don't doubt this place for a second!! We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The room service is top quality. Every time we came back to the room it felt we clean like the first day we checked in. It’s such a comfortable room! We had a beautiful view and the put a little bed for our 7 year old son without even asking. The pool was so much fun to use, we were the only ones in there! The beach area has sea urchins but it was still enjoyable because my son liked to play on the sand. We rented a car and always had a parking spot when we arrived (even past midnight). Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our ten year anniversary. This is 100% child friendly boutique hotel. Sign the waiver and you can bring your chile to the rooftop, you just have to make sure to be by your child at all times as agreed on the waiver. Very pleasant 7 day vacation. There’s a taco spot a block from the hotel we really enjoyed.

We loved our stay and recommend a room with the ocean front view. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic and the service/staff was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach, their massage services and their roof top infinity pool. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Playa del Carmen worth while and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We intend to visit again in the near future and we believe this will be our go to hotel going forward. 5 stars!
