Its ok if you know what you pay for

If you are on the budget this may be a good option. Its inportant you are able to get early and check the room to ask for a change if not well maintained. The room was overall clean but carpets need change, breakfast is just basic and elevator old. The pool is good and the hot tub great if you go with kids.

Stay was good. Breakfast was nice. We were there for two nights and the only thing I didn’t like was the fact they didn’t make the beds and didn’t change out the towels.

I've been coming here fr a year and it's still under construction. My bathtub had a acid stain in it. I like taking baths during my travels but this time I didn't trust it. Didn't even want to shower in it. Aside from the gentleman who checked me in, the rest of the staff seemed unwelcoming. Lastly, directly under my window was a smoking section and until 2 a.m. people were cursing, drinking and smoking. It was ridiculous when I'm trying to rest.

We like the staff, super nice people but the building ( in thre process of renovation outside ) needs work inside. The pool area has clumps of hair around the pool and hot tub, a used bandaid near the windows. The elevator is not quite Tower of Terror but spooky, jumps a bit. Our shower had lukewarm water at best. The room was clean but also just needs updating, and maybe thst is part of the renovation as well. Again the staff are very nice and accomodating...just needs some work.

Stayed 5 days for work. Hotel is under construction / remodel and is short staffed. I paid in advance for the 5 nights. Had I known, or if that was disclosed, I would have booked elsewhere. Cleaning staff only came in every other day. When they did, they would take the used towels but not leave new ones. Or replenish the shampoo, but leave no soap. Reached out to front desk and ask if they could bring some up and was told to come down and they would give me a towel or bar of soap at the front desk! I not a hotel snob, but no thank you La Quinta.

The hotel seems to be a long term residence , the furniture in the room was torn and stained , the bathroom has a leaky toilet and a hole in the wall … we stayed 5 hours and left ! Couldn’t find the front desk attendant finally when she appeared she has mascara running down her face and looked like she just rolled out of bed ! Horrible accommodations

The front staff was very pleasant. However, the hotel is is very poor shape. There is construction underway but that was not disclosed when I booked. Had I known, I would have selected a different hotel since the experience is not as nice.

No airport shuttle.

This hotel advertises shuttle to the airport. I called in advance 2 days before and asked at checkin and they said even though it is advertised on the site they no longer offer airport shuttle. It is a $28.00 uber ride . Deadbolt on door didn’t work. The carpet was really dirty. Plastic bag over the smoke detector.

Needs security doors and updates

At first glance the hotel looks nice albeit is under construction. I didn’t know that or I would not have stayed there. The rooms need serious updates. Lamps and chairs were dusty with cobwebs. Bathroom is so outdated; the fan was really loud and caked with dust so half the time it didn’t rotate. Sink being out of the bathroom was a turn off. Vending machine for snacks is antiquated, it doesn’t take cards. The annex doors didn’t lock and we were told no hotels lock their side doors, which is not true as everywhere I’ve stayed they do and you need a card to get in. The slider for the card was there so it shows they’re supposed to lock. That’s a security risk. People were sneaking in a dog through that door near us. The beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was not very good. Very limited.

Decent hotel, but unprofessional staff

The hotel itself was fine, but the service was lousy. We did receive a warm welcome when we registered, but otherwise the staff was not friendly. No "good mornings" and staff was mostly unseen. Lots of foul language heard from staff in the office behind the reception desk. Won't be staying at this particular location again.
