After we checked in I felt a lot better about the place but definitely was very taken a back about how old it looked when pulling up to the building. I was staying with my young grandson and wanted to feel safe and comfortable in the area. After speaking with the staff I was definitely more at ease. They were very helpful and curtious. I do wish it was a little more up to date however. Breakfast was great but very crowded.

It was not in the middle of Pittsburgh but very easy access to travel to the event and places in the city. The room was larger than in other hotels. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Great property and great staff. Pool was great and the gym was good but it did have some broken machines. Easy parking and even a garage with electric charging! Will definitely recommend and look forward to coming back in the near future.

The breakfast wasn’t bad. The good thing was it changed every other day. My room was comfortable. My AC was trash because it kept cutting off and cutting on besides that I had a wonderful time.

Do not be fooled by the pictures that you see listed for this property. While the staff was absolutely incredible- the building is absolutely ancient! Rehabilitations have taken place so the interior is.....ok, but- the exterior is so old I almost immediately canceled when I pulled into the lot. The elevators were slow, dented/damaged, and the ceiling on the 8th floor was low, the area was dark, and the drop ceiling made me feel like I was in the 80s. The property felt unsafe in general, and I would NOT recommend staying here.

Excellent stay

The property was very clean. Check in was flawless...we were even able to check in a little early which was very nice as we were heading the the Pirates game that evening. The staff was extremely friendly. The attached bar/restaurant was nice but understaffed.
