Hotel S Bento is your typical larger hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. We did have dinner in the hotel one night which was quite good but if you are looking for ambiance, it's not at this hotel. The location worked out perfectly with easy access to the National Park which was our primary desire. I'd stay again but simply be ok with a "hotel" vs. any type of BnB.
