Had a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. The staff is courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The spa experience was also good, it was relaxing and professionally managed. Overall, a great stay and strongly recommend for anyone visiting Kakinada for business or pleasure.

This hotel is pretty accessible right next to the railway station. However, it’s too noisy place. You could hear announcements from the railway station from within the room. There is a banquet hall in fourth floor. Any noise from fourth floor drills down to third floor and it’s absolutely hard to sleep when there are weddings, especially there are night weddings. There is also slight cigarette smell. They changed my room but always ask for non smoking room.

The room and facilities were probably premier 50 years ago. But property has been neglected and running down. Staff not fluid in English but are helpful as much as possible. Was not informed if i paid at property the property does not accept foreign credit cards, even from U.S. or even fireign cash. Very inconvenient.

Staff were courteous and room is very clean. On request they even allowed us to check out late.

The toilet flush was not working. The bed sheets are not clean.

Not well maintained
