We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . This time we found there to be no cleaner for the villa and the villa needs a good clean and update the furniture and fittings are tired and old and there is also a smell when you walk into the villa . Bedding provided is thread bare and towels stained . I love the place the villas are and its such a shame to see the go this way . I personally would like to see some money spent on the villas even if it means the cost going up slightly to get the owner is money back . Sorry but until these villas are updated i personally wont be going back .

Very very dirty, had to clean myself! Bed sheets full of dust and hair, had to go back home and get our own shee0ts (we are Cypriots). Kitchen utensils covered in dust, kettle was not presentable, curtains dirty and overal there was a foul smell all over the place! Owner was notified but did not really offer a good solution, just said he felt bad🤔🤔

Relaxing stay in beautiful location.

Overall i really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The owner of the villas is an excellent host, Very friendly and would do anything to help. We stopped in number 2 villa, The villa is very basic which we knew when we booked and i suppose this is reflected in the price. The area is very quiet and relaxing .You do really need a car to be able to get around.

Pissouri is a small village and ideal for families. It contains a bank, a small supermarket, a petrol station and a chemist. There are a number of quaint restaurants in the village square. The property was a little dated but well maintained and we have no complaints and are definitely planning to return.

Fantastic villa

Amazing villa very peaceful location, pool cleaned every day-thank you Panikos. You will need a car to get about as the location is a little off the beaten track but that's why we choose this villa.

Villa confortable avec grande piscine au calme

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans la villa N°4 : celle-ci avec la villa n°5 donne une vue sur la baie de Pissouri. La villa se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, on n'entend que quelques voisins dans leur piscine, ou des chiens aboyer la nuit, mais rien de problématique. Les villas sont vraiment spacieuses, un grand séjour d'environ 50m² avec cuisine équipée (grand réfrigérateur, gazinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-linge, bouilloire) avec la vaisselle suffisante pour 6 personnes. le séjour donne sur la grande terrasse et la grande piscine privée (environ 6m*12m), il y 6 bains de soleil ainsi qu'un salon de jardin et des parasols. Pas de vis à vis direct (sauf l'étage de la villa à côté). la piscine est nettoyée chaque matin par le propriétaire. l'ensemble de la villa est climatisé (uniquement utile dans les chambres la nuit). Dans le séjour : canapé + tv satellite (france 24 et tv5 monde) ainsi qu'un petit cabinet de toilette + wc. Les 2 chambres à l'étage ont chacune une salle de bains avec lavabo, wc et douche ou baignoire Pendant la semaine seuls les draps ont été changés, vous devez faire votre ménage et jeter vos poubelles. Au global on apprécie la piscine, la taille de la villa, le village de Pissouri. Un petit coup de peinture ou d'enduit au niveau de la terrasse est à envisager.
