Parantamisen varaa

Varaukseni jälkeen yritin olla yhteydessä kolme kertaa sähköpostitse ja kahdesti soittamalla. Sähköposteihini ei vastattu ollenkaan. Hotels.com henkilökunnan avustuksella sain vihdoinkin yhteyden ja lupasivat lähettää kirjautumiseen liittyvää info-tietoa vielä samana päivänä, jota ei koskaan tullut. Jouduimme siis matkustamaan Pisaan tietämättä onko varaus ok ja miten saamme avaimet ym. Lukuisten puhelinsoittojen jälkeen ollessamme oven takana matkalaukkuinemme - puheluumme vastattiin. Huoneisto oli upea ja erittäin siisti.
