Beautiful, aesthetic hotel property! Rooms were very spacious and a great view of the valleys. Staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel lobby / dining area was quiet and great lunch options. The spa was also a great experience and perfect after a long day of walking around.

Great place for the price

This hotel is on Segovia's main plaza, looking out directly onto the Cathedral. You can walk to the amazing Alcazar (castle) in 5 minutes in one direction, and via the main shopping/restaurant street to the spectacular Roman aqueduct in 10 minutes in the other direction. Very warmly recommended as a base for exploring this fascinating city.

We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again.
