The property did not have bedspreads as shown in pictures. The vanity with the sink had a broken leg in back of vanity causing vanity to lean and fall in back from lack of support. The property was said to have a pool but does not. The staff in the evening was rude. The staff sends you to walk to Dollar general if you need anything. They do not have any vending machines. The breakfast was ok.

The front counter staff werr amazing took care of our reservation quickly on our late check-in. The beds and pillow are amazing. The room was had some paint issues... but nothing that left us uneasy. Breakfast hit the spot. The layout of the breakfast counter could be better, but nothing was a miss. Yes, I would stay here again.

Great Location and place. Breakfast is on point. The only thing is the parking. if you get to the hotel late, parking is limited and any available parking is scary by a pilar or on a heavy slope.

All was good except for parking. Lot fills up quick and some of the spots you cant get in due to the support poles for the place. Room did have ants but they never bothered us and stayed confined to the window. Staff was friendly. Gave 5 stars because for the price it was great. We usually stay in a cabin when we come and the cost for 4 nights at this hotel was about what we paid for a day to stay at a cabin.

We enjoyed the hotel your website said it had a pool which, in fact, the hotel did not. it was 90° weather and we thought we had a pool so we were very unsatisfied. We felt like we could’ve got more for our money at another hotel that actually had a pool when we ask we were told that the pool had in fact, been taken out in 2020 during Covid.

Super clean Hotel and smells good. Biggest issue is that the Elevator is SUPER SLOW, also parking lot is small and tight spaces... not good for large vehicles, no cameras in parking lot, someone hit and scraped the bumper of my truck and no camera to see if it had happened on the property.

Truly an amazing property and the staff makes it even better! The Hotel is clean, it is close to everything! They have a coffee and drinks station that’s 24 hours! Georgia from the Front desk is truly a star! She made our stay!!!

It was a old motel converted to a best western they didn’t do the greatest remodel job the bathroom paint was peeling and it was tight not enough towels ask for more once you check in also get more shampoo tiny bottle given in room

Room was in good condition but could have used a little more attention to details. TV channels were not programmed and had to be reset. West stairwell can use some updating. Good location around attractions and restaurants.
