The place was clean. Not enough towels and washcloths for the number of people the room was booked for. The TV didn’t work. The young woman was working alone (under staffed) and we could come down to lobby to get new batteries for TV remote. Still didn’t work. My 2 grandsons were not happy!!! We also picked up towels and washcloths needed from lobby. Kudos to the young lady running the place alone! She deserves a raise!

Rooms are nice and clean for the most part, the mini fridge had something sticky in it, maybe ice cream? And the shower didn’t have very good pressure, the parking lot is horrible and there’s literally a sign that says your car might get broken into but it’s not on the hotel, other than that, not bad i guess.

Great GREAT location. > PARKING is an issue! Not noticeable during the early hours of the day but once it gets dark a spot is hard to find. Pillars so make any open spots a challenge to fit in. > Rooms circulation ventilation is very poor. It was very humid, muggy, clamy.. which made sleeping and feeling refreshed after a shower or for any reason very challenging. > Front desk did there job the older lady assisted me during check-in.. very cut throat and dry with how she interacted.

Staff was excellent, hotel was very clean and the front lobby smelled amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome as was the shower. The hotel breakfast was s pleasant surprise. So many options but the gravy & biscuit, eggs and sausage were great. Three kinds of juice and the coffee was good. Close to many restaurants.

The hotel's elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. It was challenging for my disabled daughter to get to our room. In our room, the floors were filthy, the beds had hair in them and the room was constantly wet. I never felt unsafe, but it was not a hotel I would stay in again.

Elevator not working expected us to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Would not give us a room on a lower level without increasing the price of the room even though we had already prepaid for the room. The manager was very rude!
