If you want to be in the middle of Gatlinburg this is the place to stay. Convenient to most attractions. Very comfortable spacious rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice being able to get a night cap drink from the bar in the lobby. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs at the buffet was cooked in a lump and the sausage didn't taste like it was quality meat.

The desk clerk refused to honor our reservation with Expedia. She confirmed 3 times that we got the right room. When we got there 2 of the 3 amenities we paid for were not there. Then she told us the front desk doesn't know what the rooms have. Then she told us the Hilton doesn't have the kind of room I paid for. She said that Expedia used false advertising. The room we paid for - with fireplace, hot tub, and balconey - is on the Hilton website for this property! She then admitted they did have 2 of those rooms "but they are never available." We ended up in a room with just a fireplace. Expedia was unable to get us a real refund despite the straight up lies from the front desk. Expedia gave us some One Cash which you can only use with Expedia. Very disappointing experience all the way around.

Staff was very kind and our room was ready early which was great! We got up to our room and it was not the room we booked. Staff said there was a leak in the whirlpool of the tub of the room we booked which is why we got a different room. They were very kind but that was unfortunate and they were not able to issue and sort of refund for the downgraded room since we booked on third party site (Expedia). The room was very nice but we found a watch in our room that did not belong to us which made me question the cleanliness after our stay.
