Free breakfast covers only pancakes. Full buffet is an additional $6. Some bugs in the room. On the positive side, heated pool, firepit with lovely music, free coffee, tea, etc and donuts. Great location!

Don’t let the 3-star rating fool you. Hotel and accommodations were great! From the sitting area downstairs with the fire pit, to the rain shower, this will be our new go-to when visiting PF. Breakfast is provided via vouchers to a nearby pancake house where you can get a good breakfast free, or pay a small upcharge to upgrade to the all you can eat buffet!

The room was clean. The issue was the ac/heat unit. It was so loud we could not sleep. Call front desk send maintenance. The guy said it was normal for it to make that noise and if we want he can try to fix it but there will be a large hole in the room until it is fix which might take hours. We decide just let it be as we were only there 1 night.

We arrived at 1:00pm let the lady at front desk know we were there,I knew check in was at 4:00pm but I just wanted to let them know we were in town. She said our room wasn't ready and she would call when it was. As of 4pm we had not heard from her so we went back to front desk and ask why our room wasn't ready. She pointed to a sign on the counter and it said check in was between 4:pm and 4:00 am. She said so we've got 12 hours to get you in your room. We finally got in our room after 4:30 pm. I ask her for a discount on the room,she said sorry you shouldn't have went through 3rd party to reserve a room.

Everything was amazing from the room, cleanliness, to the little extra touches, to all the nice added things ,and the friendliness of the staff. It was all WONDERFUL!! I can’t wait to go back again! BEST PLACE I’VE STAYED IN PIGEON FORGE (and I’ve stayed at least a dozen places there)
