Shipwreck Sands is nestled at the east end of the Picnic Bay beachfront. This is the last property fringed by bushland on one side that attracts an array of birdlife that you will appreciate from inside or outside this lovely home. Shipwreck Sands overlooks a lush, grassed foreshore on the edge of the sand, nothing to obstruct the beautiful view. A perfect home to take in the view across the bay and the magnificent granite boulders of Hawkings Point.
