I paid for my room through Expedia. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had to pay in cash or transfer money since the hotel already turn off all apps booking for that day. I told her I already paid, so I will not pay again. She insisted that I have to agree to pay upon checkout otherwise she won’t give me a room. I accepted the room key with the condition that she has to reach out to Expedia to clarify this whole mess. When I checked out she again wanted me to pay in cash or transfer money, then I would have to ask Expedia for a refund.! I refused. I gave her my info on case Expedia doesnot pay the hotel ! If you don’t want headache, avoid this hotel. I wish Expedia would remove them from their listing
