Chúng tôi đã đón tuần trăng mật của mình tại đây rất đặc biệt. Bên cạnh khách sạn cũng có rất nhiều quán ăn và các cửa hàng tiện lợi, đầy đủ tiện ích cho một chuyến du lịch gia đình. 年末年始の家族旅行で利用しましたが、結果から先に言うと2度と泊まりたくありません。 なぜなら、スタッフの対応と部屋の設備に不備が多すぎるからです。 部屋にティッシュやトイレットペーパーの用意はなく、ドライヤーもボロボロで今にも感電しそうな状態、3人で泊まっているのにタオルは2人分しかありませんでした。 また、洗濯機の元栓が緩く、滞在中の洗濯で2度も水が吹き出し、部屋中が水浸しになり、深夜遅くまで掃除に見舞われ寝ることもできませんでした。 スタッフに問い合わせても無視され、やっと繋がったと思っても「あなたが壊した。説明したはずだ。」の一点張りで、自分達に過失がある事を一向に認めず、事実とは異なる自分の意見だけを言い放ち、謝罪の一つもありませんでした。 返金や部屋の移動を希望しても対応される事はなく、エクスペディアを通じてクレーム対応してもらってますが未だに解決していません…。 エクスペディアも毎回対応スタッフが異なり、1からの説明を何度も行わされるにも関わらず、何も解決されない事に非常にストレスを感じています。 フーコックは良い所だと感じましたが、身体的、精神的ストレスが多く、旅行を満足に楽しむ事も叶いませんでした。 こちらのホテルを宿泊される場合は、連泊せずに一泊程度に留める事を勧めます。

景觀是很好的，可以看到煙花。但服務很差，我們book 了4人家庭房，內分了2個房，但毛巾只有1set , 牙刷2set ,最過份是2個廁所只有1卷廁紙，還要我們第一天要求加物品，到我們離開都沒有人理會，所以想book 此房要考慮清楚及自行攜帶清潔用品，尤其厠紙。
