The room smelled of what I’m not sure. The door to the room did close properly, huge safety concern. There were holes and piping noted by the bathroom sink and so much more. The one restaurant open was out of many items wanted. The staff was nice but forgot things that were asked for. The pool was nasty! Also I had reached to the resort for late check out when I booked the room but no response. I asked again at check in no response. I called later that night was told yes for fee of $20-40 so o told them I would get back to them. Reached out to “Mary” within an hour and she said no, and we were from out of town for a concert. For the price point of over $500 i expected more. And upon check I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. All honesty I deserve a refund. My valentine’s day weekend was mostly ruined. The

The room was disgusting. The carpet was soiled in stains and not sure what else but it was like oily. Terrible paint job. Chips in the floor. There was a water fountain right outside our room that was overtaken by weeds, eyesore. The lazy river pool area and mini golf were the ONLY nice parts of the hotel, and the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. It’s only open until 5pm though, but you can also enjoy it post checkout. The other pool was very small, had two hot tub areas and only one was heated, and it was overcrowded. They had a rundown neglected pool bar area between the two hot tubs that was filled with water and had some scum and nasty crap in it, another eyesore. This hotel is LOUD… you can hear EVERYTHING and everyone. I’m a late-night gal myself, but there were younger kids pounding on doors, screaming and yelling till like 2-3am, you hear every other door open and close, and every luggage that strolls past the door even in the furthest corner of the room from the door. They were also doing some sort of construction somewhere with like electric saws and all sorts of hammering at about 6pm that was irritating. The fridge… I had drinks in it for 3 hours and they were lukewarm, called front desk and someone came with a replacement fridge very quickly which appreciated, however, the maintenance guy (super kind) took the fridge out of the cabinet it was in, showed me how hot the fridge was on the back and sides… so had the fridge in the middle of the room.
Nasty, stained carpet, soiled.
This carpet was so gross… not only stained and dirty, but it was like oily, almost like it was wet. Don’t take your shoes off until you get in the bed….

The property is in a good location. The room was clean and quiet. The pools were awesome. The staff at the front desk, the bar and the pool were amazing! I would definitely go back, especially after the restaurant renovation.

The first room we were given 1111 smelled like smoke, mildew and it didn’t look clean. The 2nd room we were given was a little better but not like a Hilton standard that we have stayed at in other states and cities. I hope that you can improve this particular hotel side. I know that your company has opened up a newer side within that resort. It’s a shame that you still allow for guest to be placed in the old side. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The first night the air conditioning was not cooling the room and it mada a loud vibration because it ran nonstop. They worked on it the next day and it seemed to have fixed it. We were dissappointed that the pictures of the room looking out to the pool area were not very actual as the pool in our section had been taken out.

I stayed at this resort 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience so I didn’t bother to read recent reviews. I should have. The remodeling that’s going on at the resort is loud. At 7am right outside of my window on a Sunday workers were running machinery. We went with 4 other couples and each couple had different problems with their rooms. No hot water, light switches not working, refrigerator not working and food was spoiled and lots of excuses from management. One of the couples we went with ended up having to change rooms 2 times. Unfortunately, we will never stay here again.

Breakfast was good I receive the wrong breakfast but staff replaced it and apologized. We got one of the worst rooms it seemed, oldest and very stained living furniture, no microwave, shower knob was almost falling apart could barely turn on the shower. Not sure how they decide who gets what room but noticed the neighbors rooms same size with newer furniture and much more cleaner.
