Room was in good condition. Doorknob to room entry was wobbly which made me nervous. Back door to building did not latch completely, so anyone could have entered in the middle of the night.

Booked through Expedia. needed to leave a day early for an unexpected family emergency. Was not aware of the 24 hr cancellation policy as I had prepaid for a 3 nights but had to leave after the 2nd night. No refund per La Quinta Inn. Staff was heard arguing with guest at the front desk, Guests were complaining at the front desk. Suite bathroom should be cleaner and felt grimy. The toilets are made of a cheap quality and close to the bathroom floor. During breakfast you could hear the front desk speak very loudly that the food was not to be taken to the room. It was embarrasing for the guest that was yelled at. Will nt stay here again. EXPEDIA should refund my paid 3rd night.

Probably the worst La Quinta we’ve ever stayed in. Had to get cleaners/rags/gloves from the front desk after check in bc the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Dozens of hairs on the floor including in the bathtub. The lower part of the toilet wasn’t cleaned either. The room floor wasn’t vacuumed. The key cards randomly stop working so you sporadically can’t get in the side door and at one point we were locked out of our room. Got a new key card and it still didnt work. Front desk said it might be the batteries but brought up a 1/2 doz key card to try and one of them worked so it wasn’t a battery problem. That was fun standing in the hallway after enjoying the hot tub. The bed was comfortable enough and the breakfast was as we’ve come to expect from La Quinta, but we’ll never stay there again.

Had issues with the key cards. Back door & ice machine on main floor not working. Strong incense smell permeated the first floor especially the lobby. Food was good & the staff were great. Perfect location. Walking distance to food & lots of shopping.

The room wasn’t really vacuumed when we got there. White particles of cloth or small bits of fabric around the room.. we did notice it. The hotel is showing some age. Hotel staff was pleasant and the breakfast server was fantastic. Very welcoming and warm. No problems with staff.
