The check in clerk was great. It seemed the ac did not work on the third floor. It was like an oven in the hallway. I did not complain as we were only staying one night. Location was perfect for our needs.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Lots of dining options that are very much within walking distance from the hotel. The only take away, was the room smelled like there was a prior smoker in the room we had. Still, I would go back for another stay at this location.

The continental breakfast is good. The bathroom doors are terrible, only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. The elevators need some serious cleaning and maintenance.

Elevator sounds like it's going to breakdown!!! Horrible noises and feels unsafe! You can't even use the 4th floor button in the elevator as it doesn't work! Room door handle must be used in the opposite direction to get the door to open... Needs updating for sure.

No hot water and phone I. Room did not work had to call front desk with cell phone about wate… they sent a guy said that this is the hottest it gets the boiler broken and they replaced with a small boiler for hot water.

The key cards didn’t work. It would take multiple tries to get into the building door and room. Got new keys and they still didn’t work. By the end of the stay one exterior door didn’t even close. Cleaning is on request only. Room signs state every 3rd day but that wasn’t the case. Accessible room for my elderly parent wasn’t a walk in shower. Also, poor shower curtain design meant the floor got wet, which wasn’t safe. The breakfast was great and the person maintaining the area was very helpful and responsive. Other staff were also nice and easy to work with.

The room was for the most part clean but some areas were not. There was stuff on the curtains and the hot water did not work at all. The elevators and hallways need some love and cleaning. The pool was a little smelly? We probably would not stay her again even for a quick resting place.

Staff was so rude and our AC went out in our room and they didn’t want to put us in another room and it was 118 outside and super hot in the room. We had to basically beg to get another room. Absolutely horrible.
