Very convenient if you need to go to the airport especially since there is a shuttle. I loved the room-modern and very comfortable-especially the bed! I had a great chicken quesadilla at the restaurant. Nice staff. I recommend this hotel.

Room was GREAT! AC was not. In Phoenix when its 108 you need better AC. The room stayed at 79 degrees. Too hot to sleep in!

horrid odor in hotel

Our immediate reaction walking in was the worse. Hotel smelled like the sewer line came through the building. Our TV was not working, tried calling front desk, it rang and rang. Finally I walked down and still the smell was there. I saw 2 men standing there and neither one addressed me. I finally spoke up and asked for new remote. They acted like I was bothering them. My husband and daughter went down for breakfast and they were there right at 925. It was over at 930. The worker took the eggs away WHILE my husband was serving himself. I explained my complaint to host, she wouldn't look at me in the eye.

Our family stayed here before and after long flights to Alaska and the lateness of arrival times. it was a great place to rest and relax before driving home to southern Arizona. The staff was helpful, the shuttle to and from the airport was great as was the parking. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and available to answer questions! We would stay here again!
