Room was extra large. Clean parking was free. Location was only 20 min from downtown very convenient. Public transportation has bus stop very close to hotel. You can take bus to train terminal and go downton fir $5. Very convenient if you dont wan to drive. Front desk was very helpfull.

The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were nice. No real amenities. This was a budget place. Parking was tricky and after leaving an event we ended up parking in their lot across the street. Parking was free. You knew that you were not at a Hilton or Marriott. If you want to save some money then this is a reasonable option.

The staff were all nice (seemed like there were some difficulties occurring when we checked in), and the room was relatively clean. Having to park across the street was inconvenient, especially returning to the hotel at 10:30 pm. It was fairly loud, and the place could definitely use a refresh. I think we will look somewhere different when we return to Philly.

There was no hot water. The room wasn't level and the bed was on an incline. The painting was extradianrily sloppy. Details of the interior were unsatisfactory. This is not an 8.0 rating hotel. It's a 1 or 2 out of 10 at best. It was also dirty.

No the room was not clean well or on time. Mind you room was suppose to be ready at 3 the room was not until 430pm. Cleaning was done by a drunk guy who friend by the room with a bottle of wine or alcohol to talk to him. Disrespectful behavior, the owner came up to see why we awere standing in the hall and asked if everything was ok, I said the room wasn’t ready and it 430 it should have been at 3. He did not respond just hurried the guy for us to get in.

Overall, it was a good experience. It's a fair hotel. The room is good, spacious, clean. The beds are comfortable and fresh. The TV was enormous. Outside the room, the hotel is a bit less shiny, but overall in a good condition.

After arrival and viewing the lobby and our room conditions my wife and did not stay at the Philly Inn & Suites. The room was not well kept, poor lighting and the bed was not made up good. I am requesting a full refund.
