Needs a renovation in the worst way

Don’t waste your money on this hotel they really need to renovate theses rooms the room smelled stale they have no comforters to keep you warn and the worse part is it was a mouse in my room the hotel is runned down I got moved to another room thought I was gonna be good in that room once I turned the tv off I started to hear the scratches in the wall then I can hear the mouse trying to rip through the bag to get to the food I couldn’t even sleep I was suppose to stay 2 nights I stayed only one night and got my money back this hotel needs to get the mice problem under control ppl are paying you to stay there at least you can put in a effort to get the mouse problem under control do not stay here its not worth it wish I knew cuz I would have nvr stayed here hope this helps other ppl that hotel needs a complete renovation

The property i arrived at is NOT the property in the pictures! Cigarette burns in and on the bath tub, dried stains and a layer of dirt on the walls, a layer of gunk on the widow, filthy floors that turned my socks black within a minute, and a for that did not shut all the way. This is more of a temporary housing for addicts, than a hotel

The bathroom had mold,the blankets had cigarette holes in them….the shower curtain had blood stains on them….sheets and pillows were very clean…..Room smelled very bad….my wife had to go to Walmart and buy a can of fresh smelling Lysol….thank god we stayed only one night …I would not stay there again

Ugh, no. Find somewhere else.

It was bad enough that even after paying for 2 nights, one was enough. Though the room was typically clean. There were still smudge and splash marks on the back of the door, smelled like marijuana, and had burn marks in the fabric and in the tub surface. The shelf in the bathroom had once been painted, even though it was particle board, and even that was half scratched off. Not worth it.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express concerns about my recent stay at the Knights Inn. Upon checking in, I discovered the room was a smoking room—something I was not made aware of at the time of booking. The smell of smoke and mustiness was overwhelming and made the room uncomfortable. In addition to the odor, the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was unstable at the base, creating a safety concern, and the toilet paper holder had clearly been ripped from the wall and was poorly reattached using multiple exposed screws. These issues gave the room a neglected and unclean appearance. During my stay, a storm caused a power outage, which was understandably beyond anyone's control and resolved within a day. However, on the final night of my stay, the power went out again—this time only in my room—in the middle of the night. This added further inconvenience and discomfort, especially without any communication or support from staff during the incident. I hope you’ll consider this feedback seriously, as it reflects the need for better maintenance and clearer communication regarding room conditions during booking. I would appreciate a response regarding any steps that can be taken to make this right.

Absolutely disgusting! Smelled, burn stains on tub, black mold on tub. Stains on curtains. Dried food on the side of the bed. Something spilled sticky on floor and everything stuck to it. Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Drawers had crumbs in them. Honestly, the worst place we have ever stayed.

By far the worst hotel experience in my 44 years on earth. Disgustingly dirty room. Stained sheets and towels, mold in the shower and a clogged drain. The police were there 3 times in the 7 hours i was on the property and i was woken up by an air raid level loud alarm at 2, 4, and 5am which i was told by the vulgar nasty woman at the office was the smoke alarm in other guesrs rooms and nothing could or would be done about it. I left early and was refused a refund or receipt and was told to leaveby the nasty manager extremely profanely. Never, ever, ever go here.
