Folows Hampton Inn quality

Liked the location close to convention center and reasonable walking distance to Love park and Historic areas. Valet parking is meh..b/c it's mandatory but the attendant was working hard. Breakfast was high quality like.most hampton Inns. The THREE breakfast attendants kept up with the demand during the crazy weekend we were there. Only complaint was our TV only had 4 channels working.

I haven’t stayed at a Hampton by myself as an adult so it was great experience. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, with a warm smile and my conversation while checking in was smooth and friendly. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. It was also very surprising that some of the food changes (one day you could have vanilla or chocolate waffles, and then next you could have strawberry or vanilla ones), all of the food felt like it was made at home from a loved one. Overall, my stay there made my birthday trip great and I am very grateful to the staff and their hospitality, I will definitely be returning soon.

So booking third party apparently only confirms the reservation not the room which I was never aware of until my stay here I have never had an issue. We get there at 530 to a room I had initially booked not ready. They said housekeeping didn’t get to the room I wanted and the manager would call me when it’s ready. He never called me we just ended up going back at 7pm when check in was at 4 and finally it was ready. The bathroom had long black hairs all over the floor and this is an open disabled shower so all you had to do woulda been wet the entire floor and squeegee super easy. I have long blonde hair and my partner has very short black hair. I did want to point out I really enjoyed the front desk guy though he was super cool shout out to my homie Jeff. Appreciate your help with everything !
