I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this location is old and out dated. The carpet is dirty, the walls are dirty, the bathtub is old. The front of the building, including the windows, are dirty. The bed was hard and not comfortable. Our floor was supposed to be smoke-free and it was not. The only thing I liked was location. We were able to walk to several destinations.

Shabby. The TV was dark blue, unable to be adjusted. The tech called to the service the TV let us know that there simply was nothing they could do. The front desk and tech both told us the hotel was going to refund part of our stay for the issue; but the story changed at check out. In general the staff was nice, even if they were liars by accident.

Had alot of issues my first night and wanted to change hotels due to room cleanliness, hygiene(the soap looked like someone took a bite out of it and the shower wasn't clean) and how I was treated when I first checked in. I was told that while I could checkout I would not be refunded because I had already checked in and that was their policy. When I tried to email management, I got no response. I'll never stay at another Hampton Inn.
