Great hotel with amazing staff. The front desk clerks were top tier! They were kind, friendly, warm and helpful. No question went unanswered. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and happy. Best staff I’ve had among all my stays in hotels across the country.

Valet was the best thing about the property, the $200 deposit doesn’t seem worth it for the quality of the hotel. The room wasn’t quite clean, there was hair left in room and when we walked around to clean with our wipes, there was visible dirt. The staff we interacted with was nice, but cleanliness was poor.

The staff was mostly very nice. The service according to the website were not provided at the time you arrived. The cost of valet were not the same the site $43. The desk person said it was $57. No one was available to help with the luggage or car. Had to park in a parking lot three blocks from hotel.

The location is super. Easy walk to the liberty bell, and a few steps to China to have Dim Sum. The room is clean and comfortable. Will stay here again if we are back in Philly.it will be better if the hotel can leave a couple of water bottles,

We really enjoyed the staff at this location and was very easy to get parking behind the hotel. We highly recommend a staff member named Queen Bee, she was very delightful and kind and was able to give us some dining options as well.
