We were unable to communicate clearly with the desk and ended up having to get Expedia to call them directly to have our questions answered. Very crowded and chaotic lobby all hours of the day and night. The valet service is wonderful, they deserve five stars.

The Hampton Inn was a great find. Its location was near to all the things we wanted to do. It was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the buffet breakfast was better than most hotels who offer breakfast foods. It had everything - eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, bagels, waffles, pastries and more. On top of all that the price was very reasonable. I stayed one night in December and had a very nice experience.

The room was clean, which I appreciated. Although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, such as the bathtub drain area and the chair that cannot be adjusted in height, overall the room looks very good and offers great value for the price.
