The staff was attentive

The room was clean! The bed and pillows were nice!! The hot tub was awesome! The breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and happy! Our stay here was a great experience! Thank you very much!

The room was nice. I was especially grateful to the woman at the front desk who helped me when I checked in. I had miss typed my dates for the reservation and had to make another for that night. When I tried to cancel with Expedia, they told me it was non refundable and I had no recourse. I mentioned the situation to the front desk associate and they were able to cancel the other reservation and get me a refund from Expedia. I was very grateful for her empathy and commitment to providing truly exceptional service. Do to this understanding, I will only be staying in Comfort Inn's in the future.

Quiet, clean room. Good mattress. Dogs were around including ours but did not hear a single one. Plenty of hot coffee at complimentary breakfast as well as good eggs.

Everything was outstanding—location, staff, room, breakfast.

Maria that checked us in was amazing! We were already have a rough day on our trip and she made everything so easy and helpful.
