Fabulous

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The garden was amazing ……. beautifully landscaped with trees, shrubs grass and flowers, ponds, dozens of fabulous rocks and a waterfall. The wisteria and lilacs were flowering so the fragrance was fabulous. The view of the snow capped mountains was stunning.

Loved this quick stay. I tried to talk the husband to stay an extra day. The dog park and the garden were outstanding. The bed was super comfy. My dog had a blast watching us feed the koi.

I liked that it was just off the interstate but wasn’t a “trucker dive”. It was near the Weber County Fair grounds, which is the reason for my travels. The restaurant, Jeremiah’s that is in the parking lot, had amazing food and a great staff.

On a four week road trip and needed a place to stay between Yellowstone and Moab. Didn’t want to stay in a large city so picked Ogden since it was roughly halfway there. The property was immediately off the highway. Impressive lodge type buildings. The grounds are incredibly beautiful. Out back is a Japanese style. We were in a suite with a rear balcony facing the giant garden area. We spent the evening on the balcony after eating at Jeremiah’s, a restaurant on property. As with all hotels some of the furnishings were worn but I’d definitely come back. The highlight of our stay was Rachel at the front desk. She makes you feel like you’ve known her all your life. Sweetest, nicest person you could ever meet.

We'd booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool available. We had even called before booking to make sure they were working and asked again when we arrived. The answer was always, Yes". However, egged we went to use then, it was closed. Turns out the health department had paid a surprise inspection and they had failed. Obviously, maintenance person hadn't been doing his job!

Disappointed stay

Very disappointing- rated 9 out of 10 but it’s very outdated. It was clean but because of age of stuff it felt dirty. We booked because of hot tub- it was shut down by health department. Basic normal breakfast- eggs were cold. Bed was comfortable

The first time we stayed (4/29) everything was great (a little confusing for where the lobby was since they have no sign up). This time it was still a nice property and good room but the tub plug didn't actually stop the tub up so trying to give my son a bath and then trying to soak my sore muscles didn't work very well. Couldn't use the hot tub to soak because the pool room had been taken over by a bunch of kids with inattentive parents. It is an indoor pool but instead of being 24/7 they close the pool at 10 so we couldn't have gone down later sadly.
