Nice property that has been renovated. Close to riverfront and other walkable attractions. Wish we had used the restaurant and bar - looked nice. Nice hotel and location. Parking is extra.

Good location

I was grossed out as there was a bunch of hair left in the bathtub drain when I took a bath Bed was comfortable. Air worked well but there was a loud - had a whining sound all night, even when the air wasn’t on. Nice location if you’re going to watch a show at the temple live. We walked over from the hotel and it was only a couple blocks away.

The building has been nicely renovated and is in good condition. The downside of the location was the Harley Davidsons at midnight and 2am and ignorant people with loud exhausts blasting through downtown. Disrupting sleep.

Terrible. Checking in was pretty quick, but because there was some sort of convention going on the hotel was at max capacity and some people decided to get in the elevator way over capacity and the fire dept had to come , therefore they were down to 1 elevator for 9 floors and at max. 30 min wait times to get on/off. The convention basically took over the hotel and could not even enjoy sitting in lobby , outside, ect. Called down for towels early the next morning and never received them. Worst hotel stay and we stay at a lot. Also, homeless people all over right in front of hotel begging and workers kept telling them to leave. Would not recommend or stay there ever again.

The property was ran down, old, smelled like mildew and mold, elevators were terrible! Had to take the stairs... my room was on the 9th floor. Housekeeping walked in on me at 10am when checkout was 11am and I asked for late checkout the day before, which was at 12 noon. Our phone wasn't working and iur room was cleaned 1 time over the week long stay. I will not stay here again.
