There are much nicer places

The staff here were very nice, friendly and smiling. The setting is beautiful and the pictures on line looked lovely. However, The food was nothing special, just ok. The beds were clean and comfortable but the rooms need some investment and refurbishment work done. We had a flood in our en-suite due to heavy rainfall on our first night and requested a room move as the smell was so bad and there was 3” water on the floor. They moved us to another room that also smelt very fusty, the shower hadn’t been cleaned and had a number of dead mosquitos on the walls and the floor definately needed a wash! The interesting thing was that the room we vacated because of flooding was re-rented to other guests that same day without any repairs being done. We rented a scooter and helmets from the hotel that was not fit for purpose, the brakes were ineffective and part of the side panelling on the bike kept coming loose. When we informed a staff member he just shrugged, said sorry and will you give me good review! We cut our stay short by one night as we found everything about this place depressing. In eight weeks travelling in Indonesia I have not come across so many insects in our hotel room anywhere else - mosquitos, ants, centipedes, flies etc, even the restaurant was full of flies. I wouldn’t stay here again nor could I recommend it to others

This is such a beautiful hotel. In the pictures it seems like they have a pool a pool bar but they don’t anymore. The rooms are super clean. Staff is really friendly. It’s not really close to the port, it’s up in a hill. The views from the pool are amazing. It’s close to other hotels and restaurants which gives you more options of food. Overall it’s an excellent place to stay at.

Room not cleen and dead flies everywhere

Vi bookede last minute, da hotellet vi boede på, havde dyr på værelset. Dette var dog ikke bedre. Døde fluer på gulvet samt laver der kom ind uden vi vidste hvor fra. Toilettet var ikke rent, og det lugtede af skimmelsvamp, desværre. Pool området så fint ud, men vi benyttede det ikke, da vi checkede ind om aftenen, og hurtigt ud igen dagen efter, for at finde et nyt hotel.

Hôtel difficile d’accès mais charmant pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Les équipements et les chambres sont vieillissants. Personnel aux petits soins et toujours avec le sourire. Facilité d’organiser des trajets en taxi. Restauration moyenne mais qui fait l’affaire pour un petit séjour. Très bon rapport qualité prix tout de même !

Très déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions hâte d’y arriver mais une fois arrivés nous avons déchanté ! Pas de bar dans la piscine comme indiqué sur les photos, pas de pouf sur la terrasse indiquée en hauteur (en plus cassée) ! Les cocktails facturés très chers pour un hôtel sans goût, on se demande s’il y avait de l’alcool dedans. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain, robinet de douche non fixé. En prime, des cafards dans le lieu deux nuits de suite ! Le personnel était agréable, cela « sauve » le séjour.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. La posizione dell’hotel è difficilmente raggiungibile, attraverso strade totalmente dissestate, in parte non asfaltate e buie. La stanza è abbastanza confortevole, nota negativa il bagno in cui sono assenti piatto doccia, finestre e impianto di aerazione. Inoltre, durante il nostro soggiorno intorno alle 4 di notte si celebrava nei dintorni dell’hotel funzione religiosa abbastanza rumorosa. La colazione non è a buffet ma puoi scegliere dal menu due piatti e due bevande, preparate al momento ed è abbastanza buona.

The room was simple but clean, beds very comfortable. Staff is lovely. Good thing to know is that the road to the hotel is very bumpy but overal stay was good. Scooter rental right behind the hotel was very convenient.
