Good location as its in town

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Food exceptional! The Billion Mall is connected so you don’t even need to leave the building to shop for fresh foods, clothing, electronics or sweet treats. There is a bowling alley on the fourth floor which was really fun as well. Really enjoyed this hotel. Be aware that there is no airport shuttle as the website advertises though, however the staff will arrange a taxi, make sure to have cash to pay the taxi if you choose that route. We ended up just doing Grab instead. Don’t expect a mini bar or soft drinks as advertised either. Lighting the room is a bit tricky, but once you figure it out the room lighting is great.

The hotel is near the river and also city. My room is facing the city view with beautiful morning sunrise.

Late check in due to short late cleaning sevice but need to check out on time. The room not so clean and some of time was not working properly

This was by far one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it based on the 9.0 rating but shocked to see the poor hotel & room condition. We booked a room for 6 people but were given a room meant for 4. When we raised this with the owner, he suggested that two kids could simply sleep on the floor since they had no rollaway beds or even extra comforters available. Out of the two AC units in the room, only one worked. The bathroom had a strong sewer odor that made it completely unusable, and the smell even carried into the bedroom despite keeping the door closed. While the front desk staff was polite, they were not helpful in addressing any of these issues...ended up calling the owner which was not helpful at all. Due to the poor conditions, we checked out the very next day.

Nice hotel. A lot of services. Clean regular but ok. Good price.
