Is a beautiful place indeed the nature is breath taking, but few misses like the internet signal didn't reach oor room and the place is in a remote area so no internet also. Plus the 50 dollars per day for a dog a bit expensive. The rest amazing, friendly staff great views great food o recommend it

It was an amazing place to stay the views stunning. Keyner Was so helpful and polite and accommodating highly recommend.

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. We ordered two lobster dinners and were served shrimp. When we stole the waitress that we ordered lobster and got shrimp, she looked at our plates and said, "no, that is lobster." I said no it is not and so did my grandson. Then she came back and said they could correct only one plate. I said, "how is that reasonable? We ordered two lobster plates and got shrimp. Why wouldn't you correct both?" It was a big to do and by the time I got my dinner, I had lost my appetite. Both the shrimp and lobster were over cooked.

The room with the private pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant is great, the menu amazing and the service is word class. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of.

Gabriel and Suellen were an absolute joy. I used the place as remote office, and morning coffee in the alcove watching tucans and various other birds was a welcome distraction. Fresh dragonfruit and mint were available outside, Cacao tour at Nortico was easy getaway for half day of entertainment. Could not have higher praise for our stay. an easy
