Room was good, big and bright. Bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Tried changing them but they were all the same. Breakfast dishes were always cold, eggs cold etc. also limited choices and repetitive. Internet was good at times but then intermittent. Maintenance jobs meant noise around pool. Pool could have been cleaned more often. Staff were lovely😁

Polite, helpful staff. Room was always cleaned and made ready for us. Breakfast was tasty, maybe more choices? Fruit and coffee were good. Pool towels always available. We asked for a particular room location and the reception staff did their best to accommodate us. Only problem we encountered was that the pillows were too hard! I woke up with a sore neck and head every morning. 🙁

The room was nice and clean and very well made up each day of my stay. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning and there was sufficient variety although not extensive. Only one minor issue was it was difficult to adjust the shower to the required temperature

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the room's poor cleanliness and amenities. The early check-in fee was outrageous, charging me nearly half the nightly rate for a relatively short 5-hour early arrival. The condition of the bedding was terrible, with stained sheets, pillowcases, and blankets that gave off a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to sweat and feces. The lack of a chair for working added to my frustration. The breakfast menu is quite limited. I was denied breakfast for the day I checked in although I paid an early check-in fee. I won’t stay at this place again.
