Its a 2 star hotel

Previously fixed drain with Tape! It leaked.had it fixed but they didn't kean up after leaving bits of drain krap on floor of bathroom.

The room was big and sort of clean. Floor was dusty and hair on the bed when we got in. The bathroom was disgusting and I had to clean the shower before I could even use it! The bed was very hard and mattress felt thin and could feel the bed springs. Had to ask for more than one pillow each and wasn’t allowed a second key for my husband meaning as I went back early I had to stay up to let him back in the room!! The hairdryer blew up in my hand giving me a shock and I had to throw it in the sink!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting filthy and the toilet didn’t flush very well at all. Their English wasn’t very good at all so trying to explain you had an electric shock was a challenge!! Was supposed to be a deluxe room nothing deluxe about it at all!! Not worth the money for it and would not stay here again.

Great rooms, spacious rooms ,good buffet breakfast & the staff were very helpful with local local information & Tours A great location no outside traffic noise or loud music noise .Though only 4 minute walk to LK Metro and the full on entertainment areas
