Almost everything was problematic. The address was extremely difficult to find—even after asking local people and using Google Maps, we could not locate the correct place. After about 3 to 4 hours of walking and asking for directions, we finally reached the room.
We contacted Expedia customer service for assistance, but they did not have the correct phone number to reach the property. The address they provided led us to a Hilton hotel instead. Eventually, a food delivery person helped us find the correct location.
In addition, the amenities were insufficient. There were not enough shower towels, no hand towels, and no blanket provided for the sofa bed.
Due to the significant inconvenience, incorrect location information, and lack of basic amenities, I respectfully request a partial refund.
