The room was not a deluxe room. The bed was broken. It smell like a toilet. When it rained, it rained in my room. The fridge sounds very load. Ready to exploded. No TV remote for the old TV. The girl at the front desk was so rude. The maid was great!

I have been a loyal customer for 25 years returning once or twice a year, usually for 14-21 each visit. The maid service and front desk service is excellent. Rooms are fine and AC is always cold enough. While the hotel is getting older, rooms have been upgraded over the years. Great hot water but sometimes faucets leak. Good class of clients to hotel. Hotel is a good value for a basic room. I always stay in a Deluxe room but a standard room is almost as good.

Charge for guests bugs are there

It has a good location near the beach and walking street but. Bed has some bugs and it charges extra for visitors i was felling good when intered and check in bad check out nurves with the employee specialy the one at night so agrasive

great location but for the last 24 hours of our stay the water did not work at all no shower no toilet and they had no hair dryer in the whole hotel very inconvenient

Quick relaxing getaway

Ideal location. Shops food & amenities everywhere &.bars clubs nightlife 3 mins walk away. The beach 5 minutes walk. Local 10 bahts bus route outside to Jomtien beach 10-15 mins away. Quieter cleaner beach with beautiful clean sand

Avoid room B14 for the moment

No kettle to make hot water and restaurant only open 8pm Malaysian time.Next time check if TV in the room works as handyman could not locate the fault and reception said whole hotel no tv reception which was not true
