The staff and service at Niraamaya is the best thing about this property. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. The food tastes like home and overall it was a great experience. The rooms and the amenities at the hotel are outdated. The pool was unusable.

Located in Peermade, Tea Terrain Resorts & Spa is in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of Parunthumpara Hill View Point and Ammachi Kottaram.
A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.
