So many things went wrong I will get right to it! Upon check in I arrive on time and I am first told that I had a 2 bed reservation and that I was allegedly accommodated to a 1 bed. Not thinking much of it I accept the key and go to the room only to realize I was given a handicap room. At this point I check my reservation because I know I paid for a suite which is much more than a handicap room. I go with my receipt to reception and show management that I did in fact select a 1 bed suite and the lady who originally checked me in was trying to gaslight me. The manager was helpful with agreeing to a proper refund and breakfast vouchers. The rooms can use an upgrade the shower head had mold I was disgusted. We then were woken up at 7:50am on a Saturday due to lawn mowing and leaf blowers going off on a Thanksgiving weekend morning! There was no consideration for any patrons outside of those whom formed part of the events being hosted that weekend. It turns out the hotel caters to a specific demographic more than any other and it leaves us with the left overs despite of the reservations made. Truly disappointed won’t be going back! I do not recommend!
