2 Queen suite was spacious, plenty of storage, well planned out. Hotel was sold out but every1 was courteous. Everything was clean. Only negative is the activity center (game room). No ball for ping pong, no ball for foosball, mortal combat stand alone took a while 2 get internet to work but finally did & the pool table has seen better days. Breakfast was good. The boys loved the waffle maker with flavor options & lots of toppings. Still I would definitely stay there again! Def. good choice!

The room may have been OK 20 years ago, but needs remodeling and maintenance. The bathroom door was rotted at the bottom due to excessive moister for years. The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned properly under the counter, the bathroom small mirror was coming off the wall, the work are was broken and needed repair, wall paper peeling, and noisy AC unit. At check-in they couldn't identify alternate entry doors.

I stayed at this hotel along with several other guests as part of my cousin’s wedding party, and unfortunately, the experience was appalling from start to finish. The customer service left much to be desired. One particular staff member was notably passive-aggressive and, frankly, quite rude. The hotel's WiFi was down for the majority of our stay and only started working on the day we checked out. When we raised concerns, we were met with indifferent attitudes and sarcastic responses from the so-called "manager", a completely unacceptable way to handle guest complaints. Cleanliness was another major issue. As shown in the attached photo, I encountered multiple cockroaches both inside and outside my room, which is simply inexcusable for any hotel, let alone one under a major brand. The breakfast provided was well below standard, and the restaurant staff were equally rude and dismissive, adding to the overall poor experience. Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world, this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. We chose this hotel expecting a certain level of service and quality, and it fell short in every aspect. Honestly, given the circumstances, I believe a full refund would be entirely justified.

Excellent, But…!

Excellent stay! However, the cleaners were excessively loud and talkative at 9:00 AM in the hallway outside my room. Nevertheless, I will definitely stay here again.
