Staff was very good, but hot water was not there. They told me to turn on the boiler for 15 mins than hot water will come. I left it on for 45 mins, hot water was there for half a bucket, I ended showering with cold water. There is no elevator and lot of stairs. Electric socket was open.

An ok hotel but -
This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch ...
