Our stay here was spectacular!!! The hotel, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the beach, everything was 10/10. It's a very secluded hotel so there's not a lot of restaurants nearby. We were looking for secluded so it was perfect for us. There is wine tasting close by which is a nice activity to do. The beach is walkable and very clean with lounge chairs. We didn't get a chance to try the spa, but it looked very relaxing. The pool was clean and fresh. We went in early Sept so we practical has the pool to ourselves.

Beautiful property. Amazing views. Very quiet. Breakfast outstanding. Staff was fabulous. Enjoyed the outdoor gym. Bed was small and too firm for our taste which made it difficult to sleep well. Toilet seat needs to be changed out to something a bit more comfortable.

Stayed 5 days. Appreciate late checkout. Beautiful resort. Great beach. Keys should not have hotel name and room # on it. Would like ocean area with loungers and room for 2 in shade without music. It took 2 days 2 figure out how to control sewer smell in room. No signage for parking. Great attention from Anna.

A four star stay at a four star hotel

This is our third time at the property and while we do love coming here, the quality has begun to slip. Furniture looks more worn around the property and the service at the front desk is not particularly friendly, making it difficult to make spa and gym reservations. Additionally, the gym on site is pretty disgraceful. It’s in a tiny basement room with only two pieces of very antiquated equipment. A resort of this stature should take more pride in providing a fitness facility to guests in my opinion. The pool and bar staff could also be more attentive. Often they’re just standing around instead of helping guests put up umbrellas or asking if they’d like a beverage. Again, still a lovely place but easy things to improve to become the 5 star they seek to be.

This hotel is beautiful and in excellent condition. The nearby beach is an excellent thing. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is nice as there’s nothing very close by, although somewhat near a bus stop. We greatly appreciated how nice all of the staff was and were amazed by the housekeeping and nightly “turn down” service. The shuttle from the port to the hotel was a great experience (additional cost). The hotel even helped us get a rental car and it was delivered to the hotel! We were able to return it to the port as we were taking a ferry when departing the island. Beautiful hotel in an upcoming area of the island and right next to one of the best beaches on the island.
