Parksville Ski Resorts

This hotel is lovely and has been an exceptional experience from the moment we walked into the lobby which is beautifully appointed. The reception staff were well groomed, good mannered and dressed in designed uniforms. We entered our lovely seaside decorated room overlooking the magnificent stretch of beach at low tide. It was very welcoming with a light on and soft music playing on the TV. The drapes were opened just enough for us to be overwhelmed with the fabulous view. Am so impressed that the bathroom amenities include all the little bottles of shampoo etc but also a small container of bath salts and a loofa scrub mitt. This hotel has definitely thought of everything to provide exceptional service that in other hotels is a thing of the past.

Great service

Not only was this property very clean but the facilities are designed to provide guests with comforts of home. There is a terrific outdoor patio and a lounge with games, large tv, coffees. The staff, both at check in and out were beyond helpful.

We simply needed a nice place for one night and Arbutus Grove was just what we were looking for. Although it’s on a major route our room was nice and quiet. We would certainly recommend and stay again

Very friendly staff and everything we needed. Jet tub in the bathroom was a nive bonus esp after a day hiking in the rain.
