2 stars because staff was Great but the room itself was disgusting!!! The room looked like it has never been cleaned. The walls, the baseboards, the floors, the showers were filthy, dirty and dust everywhere. The first was so bad we asked to leave and be refunded. They did move us to another room which was slightly better, but still terrible, the bed was sunken in in the middle. They also tried to compensate with offering breakfast but from the looks of the room I was not willing to eat from they’re kitchen Just a horrible experience.

Room doesn’t match the picture, also many rooms do not have elevator access, we had to walk up 5 levels to get to our room everyday we stayed there. The rooms are so tiny, the pictures are very misleading. The front desk is very nice but sadly do not accommodate for room changes if you require.

The lady on reception when we arrived was wonderful-thank you! The hotel is really well placed for transport links or walking in to town. Really good continental breakfast. Clean room / facilities; only complaint is lack of plug sockets in the room!

Good location, poor upkeep

Check in was quick and the guy was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and I appreciated the air con! Decor was a bit worn down, little things really but things like a lightbulb in the bathroom weren't working. Room wasn't that clean in places (hairs in shower and bedding). Overall it was what I needed for the night, comfortable bed not far from Gare du Nord.
