We loved the hotel. It is very close to downtown. Metro is in walking distance and in 2 metro stations you are at Eiffle Tower. Their breakfast is good and staff very nice and helpful. For sure a hotel where we will stay again when in Paris.

Bonito pero no ideal para familias El Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse es un hotel muy lindo y bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Me gustó mucho la decoración, la atención del personal fue muy buena, la limpieza excelente y el desayuno delicioso. Sin embargo, no lo volvería a elegir para viajar en familia. La habitación es demasiado pequeña para cuatro personas, no hay suficiente espacio y se vuelve incómodo. Además, el aire acondicionado del hotel es muy deficiente; pasamos mucho calor durante nuestra estadía. Otro punto importante es que la estación de policía está justo en frente, y eso significa ruido constante a toda hora, lo cual afectó nuestro descanso. A pesar de estos detalles, le doy una buena calificación por su limpieza, desayuno y personal.

While the property is nice and the breakfast was quite good, the hotel restaurant had a limited menu and also served as the in-room menu exclusively, which was disappointing. Finding the hotel was a challenge as the entrance is prominently branded with the restaurant name and the word “Novotel” appearing behind plants or in very small font size making it unclear that it is, in fact, the hotel. The “executive suites” are converted former conference rooms. The view was amazing; however, our room had the distinct odor of sewer gas emanating from somewhere (despite the bathroom doors being closed), requiring the balcony door to be opened throughout the day and night. Unlikely to return.

We requested a fan several times since the a/c wasn’t operational in our room the time of our stay. Our request were acknowledged but never fulfilled for it. Overall, decent place to stay.

Staff was very nice. The best part about the hotel was the roof top bar, especially at night when you can see the effiel tower. The room was njce, but had a slight smell. The ceilings in the lobby looked like they had leaks. You had to walk far to get to restaurants and shopping. Kind of limited options right by.
