Disappoiting

Very tired hotel milking for highest prices when the quality of the room is far from adequate. Toilet roil holder falling off the wall, telephone and wall paint all chipped. The only bright star was the restaurant on the ground floor and the serve there.. Otherwise, I would avoid this place in the future.

Front desk professionalism and hospitality was refreshing. Unfortunately, my bathroom had black mold in places which the house cleaning team failed to assist with. Despite it being extremely busy, front desk ensured they provided an alternate room which made my stay comfortable.

Eiffel Tower hotel

We meet a wonderful guy in the restaurant in the lobby his name was Allen bartender and server really made us feel at home and took great care of us we ate there every night.

Well proportioned room, separate toilet and shower. Staff were accommodating for my needs of not being able to use lifts and needing a room on a low floor. Brilliant location for the Eiffel Tower. Maybe needed more for tea and coffee tray (no milk).

In general I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious for a Paris hotel. It is very convenient to the Eiffel Tower and mass transit. There was only one issue. The front desk clerk misquoted the price of the breakfast as being much lower than the advertised price.

Great hotel, the only thing that I didn’t like was that check-in starts at 3 o’clock. They let us checking at 1 o’clock which was nice. Everything was walking distance, you could even see Eiffel Tower the moment that you stepped outside. If I go back to Paris I will book the same hotel
