I did not even have a chance to stay at this property due to a flight change. I contacted the property for a refund since they were unable to extend my planned stay for one more night, they agreed to the refund of 4 days keeping only one night which was reasonable but then they changed their mind and charged me for 5 nights that I never stayed.

Beautiful Hotel

I was very impressed by the architecture of the hotel. I particularly loved the spiral staircase. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I already know that I will be returning to Paris in the not so distant future. I would like to stay at the Turenne again.

Perfect location

Our hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also very affordable. There were restaurants and coffee shops very close and it was literally a two minute walk to the metro. We would definitely stay there again. This would be a great choice of a hotel.

This was the most wonderful hotel- I can’t even begin to list the positives about this place. This is my first review bc I felt if anywhere deserved a positive one it was this hotel ! if I could give it ten stars I would The staff is beyond lovely the hotel is spotless and I will never stay anywhere else when traveling to Paris I stayed there for six nights as a solo traveler and I cannot comment enough about the fabulous staff, the hotel itself and the location Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to return Thank you to the entire staff for the most magical stay

Very cute little property for a good price and good location. We stayed for two nights as we needed a hotel in between two other hotel stays in Paris and it worked well. Very nice staff. Clean. Comfy bed. We had a TINY room but that was just fine for two nights at a very good rate. I would recommend.

I know there are reasons for a set checkin time, however, we requested an early checkin if possible as we traveled overnight. It appeared our room was ready well before the 3pm checkin time and yet we sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting until exactly 3pm to be allowed into our room. On checkout, it appeared guests were given access to their room around noon. Other than our first day (exhausted) inconvenience, this is a nice European hotel.
