Room cleanliness and friendly staff stood out the most. This hotel is great for a couple night stay, rooms are tight so if you’re staying longer it may be cramped. It had everything we needed and such a great location! Thanks Derby Eiffel for a great stay.

Lovely hotel in a great area of Paris. Easy walking to the trains and busses. 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. Staff was wonderful and kind. Breakfast in the morning. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Thanks for a fabulous time!

Everything was fine, but something was off-putting in terms of service, location, and hotel cleanliness. The decor, which is important for the presentation and comfort of guests, was a bit off-putting. The window curtain, installed out of place, about 5 or 6 inches (15cm) wide, allowed light and a view of the surrounding area toward and directly above the bed, creating a non-private and uncomfortable space.

Great location in nice, walkable area. The staff was very helpful, and made great recommendations about local restaurants. My personal favorite was Le Bosquet, about five minutes walk from the hotel. Also, La Septiem is well worth a visit. I have zero complaints about our stay. If I ever return to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel is situated next to a metro station as well a multiple bus stops. 5 min walk from the Eiffel tower!

I loved this little hotel and everyone was very polite and nice although I do think that as a single woman traveling as I've often encountered in Europe service people look at you a little strangely but that might be me. I didn't like the fact that breakfast was down under the hotel although it was a nice space but not the experience experience I wanted so I didn't buy it it was optional. It's very noisy intersection just be aware of that but the casement windows are very soundproof once you shut the windows you don't hear the traffic. It's a Wonderful location in that neighborhood I'm thoroughly enjoyed it.

Would stay a 3rd time when next in Paris

25 years ago we'd stayed here and had a great experience. Our experience this time was even better. The location is outstanding in terms of access to sights, dining and public transit. The staff was friendly and warm. Beds were comfy and the breakfast very goo.
